Homes that are empty are in special need of staging and we specialize in making these spaces feel warm, welcome and appealing.  This is how we'll work with you:

  • Starting with a home viewing, we provide a proposal that is customized to the spaces of your property, budget and timing.
  • When you're ready to move forward, we'll ask you to sign our 3-month agreement & obtain a 50% deposit from you.
  • Our comprehensive pricing for staging includes delivery, set-up, pick-up, and labor for our movers and design consultant.

  • We'll schedule your staging date, then select furnishings, area rugs, wall hangings, and accessories to compliment your home.
  • We use top quality furnishings in order to achieve that model home look that guarantees a buyer will "fall in love" with your property.
  • To help with your cash flow, we wait to collect the 50% fee balance until the end of 3 months or closing, whichever comes first.
  • Should Staging be required beyond 3 months, we're happy to leave our furnishings in place and quote you a monthly rental fee.

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to our arrival for Staging.
